The Electrical and Automation Group, with its team of accomplished engineers, is capable of supplying the control systems for the complete range of Butech Bliss products. The equipment supplied includes low voltage power distribution, drive systems, controllers and Level 2 systems. Typical applications include shears, scrap choppers, multi-drive hydraulic levelers, stretchers, strip processing lines and rolling mill control. Equipment supplied includes MCCs, variable speed motors and drives, PLC controls, motion controls, operator stations with HMIs and Level 2 systems.

The supplied systems are fully staged and thoroughly tested in our manufacturing premises prior to delivery. A complete integrated test, with the supplied mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, is performed. A full Factory Acceptance Test is undertaken to confirm that the equipment functions to the customer's agreed-upon specifications.

Startup of the equipment at the customer site is performed by the same knowledgeable engineers who designed and tested the systems. This ensures a fast startup to full guaranteed performance.

Both remote and on-site support is available from the same design engineers. Remote support, via VPN, allows for quick response and diagnosis of problems.

The Butech Bliss Advantage

The complete integration and testing of the equipment prior to shipment ensures the delivery of a high-quality, fully-functional product, enabling quick startups, shorter outages and faster ramp-up into full production.

The Electrical and Automation Group has a wide range of in-depth experience in the metals processing industry. This experience includes power distribution, AC/DC drives, motion control, modeling, data acquisition and visualization for both new equipment, upgrades and retrofits of existing lines.
