Butech Bliss has a long history of solving problems in the coil processing industry. Our years of building equipment to fit into lines built by others, and of providing innovative solutions to increase functionality, means that we understand the need to have a line that functions correctly every time. Butech Bliss has patented automatic knife gap adjustment shears to improve knife life, improved the entry-end productivity for a continuous pickle line, built a 102-inch-wide recoiler for a slitting line, added a stretch leveler to an existing cut-to-length line, and built slitter heads for higher tolerance/capacity slitting. We have built numerous double pass line shears for the entry end of a continuous processing line and built high speed shears for the exit end of processing lines to increase line productivity.
